As a consultant to Withers and Ravenel, A&O provided structural engineering services for the Creedmoor Road underpass, two pre-engineered bridge foundations, and timber boardwalks to traverse delineated wetland areas. 

The design effort involved NCDOT review and approval, design and construction drawings of the underpass, pedestrian bridge foundations, boardwalks and retaining walls, plan preparation, specifications, and construction administration for new asphalt trail system.
