Alpha & Omega Group was hired as a consultant to HagerSmith Design, PA in April 2003 to perform the structural assessment of the Kenan House on the University of North Carolina, Wilmington’s campus.

As part of a collaborative team, Alpha & Omega Group was responsible for: the assessment of the existing structural framing system, coordination with Owner, architect,
sub-consultants, and reviewing agencies, preparation of conceptual sketches and preparation of an Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Costs.
