Alpha & Omega Group was hired as a consultant to HagerSmith Design, PA in March of 2005 to perform a structural condition assessment for the University of North Carolina’s Old East/Old West buildings. 

As part of a collaborative team, Alpha & Omega Group was responsible for reviewing previous repairs and investigations for both buildings, investigating each roof system individually, investigating racking of doors in Old West, and assisting in developing a report documenting the investigation including proposed recommendations.
