Alpha & Omega Group provided professional structural engineering services and construction administration for eight Wake County Convenience site locations. These services were associated with the upgrading and enlarging the concrete pads.

In particular, A&O assessed the concrete slabs with regard to wear from the packer and other containers. Other items included within the scope of services were, providing hands-on visual inspection of each site, measuring existing concrete slabs, documenting deteriorated condition of structural elements, determining where concrete slabs need to be extended, interviewing operators of each site to identify site operations, developing repair plans and specifications, investigating concrete floor hardeners and/or steel embed plates to minimize wear to the concrete surface, and assisting Wake County in determining priority and timeframe of repairs.
