Alpha & Omega Group was a sub-consultant to Sungate Design Group. Ted Bartelt was the project manager for these improvements to the historic Yates Mill Pond. The Phase III design elements of the project included, structural design and plan preparation of two 400-foot long pedestrian boardwalks, crossing the historic mill pond and wetlands surrounding the mill pond. Other supplementary design items included in this project were a timber overlook and a helical pier system to minimize wetland impact. Additionally, under Phase IV, a fixed dock, and a floating dock were designed and constructed.
