A&O has over 170 years of combined experience in engineering design. The key staff has evaluated existing structures since early in their careers to determine the condition, in order to:
- Maintain safe structures for the general public
- Evaluate the capacity of structures
- Document any deficiencies with the structures
- Develop repairs, modifications or additions to structures
- Estimate the remaining service life of structures.
