Throughout our history, site development has been an essential service of Alpha & Omega Group, especially with regard to site utilities, paved parking lot design, sidewalks meeting ADA requirements, and stormwater control measures (SCMs) for stormwater management.

Working closely with the owner, surveyor, architect, landscape architect, and local and state agencies, A&O examines property impacts to conservation areas, wetlands, riparian buffers, landscape buffers, floodplains, easements, utilities, building setbacks, and roadway constraints on specific sites. The team provides site design services for municipalities, community centers, churches, schools, private clients, parks, fire stations, and healthcare facilities.

As local and state agencies enhance regulations to protect our environment and natural resources, permit requirements change. Knowledge of local ordinances, property zoning, and state regulations are key in determining what will be approved for a proposed development.
