Alpha & Omega Group performed civil engineering services to improve Wake County’s Convenience Center Site 6 off Lillie Lies Road.

Due to the nature of the convenience center’s use, as well as its age, the center was suffering from routine wear. The site required pavement, drainage, and maintenance repairs. Survey work was also required to collect supplemental topographic information.

A&O provided a complete set of plans and specifications for grading and excavation, new asphalt pavement for the public access, restriping of asphalt, and the installation of parking bollards. During the construction phase, we provided an engineer’s opinion of probable cost to Wake County, bidding assistance, construction administration, and observation services. Once the project was complete, we provided as-built drawings to the County.
