lpha & Omega Group (A&O) assisted the City of Fayetteville in organizing the city’s bridges into a comprehensive bridge management program to maintain the City’s bridges, prioritize repairs, and plan replacement of bridges when they reach the end of their service life.

Using the latest inspection reports, A&O identified priority maintenance repairs, non-critical repairs, and preventative maintenance needs. We met with the City’s engineering staff to rank bridges according to their asset value and incorporated them into the plan to determine prioritization of structure repair projects.

A&O provided a final report to the City to summarize programmed maintenance and has developed repair plans for priority maintenance items, including technical specifications for contracting purposes. A&O continues to assist the City with prioritizing bridge repair plans, developing construction documents, assisting with bidding, and performing construction administration.
