Civil Site Design
Alpha & Omega Group provided civil site design and construction administration services for New Life Church’s new location on Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville. The church, previously based in Cary, moved to the new facility in November 2016.
A&O designed soil and erosion control measures, a bio-retention pond, and a level spreader.
Construction administration services included attending a pre-construction meeting to address contractors’ questions and conducting a site construction product submittal review. We witnessed and certified a water line pressure test, observed and reviewed as-built information for the stormwater control measures (SCMs) and certified SCM construction. We observed site construction and reviewed contractor’s pay applications.
