In response, A&O provided an in-depth visual inspection and report for the two-lane vehicular bridge that serves the community. Additionally, A&O provided professional engineering services for structural assessment of the 50-foot two-lane single span bridge to determine the condition of the timber piles and develop repair alternatives.

The scope of services included: providing a hands-on visual bridge inspection, documentation of deteriorated condition of structural elements, preparation of bridge inspection report, development and repair recommendations, identification of additional engineering services for the analysis, design and development of contract documents for the repair of the piles supporting the bridge.
